Mues is a successful caterer and knows the chal\u00adlenges that come up with kitchens and the logis\u00adtics process. Schr\u00f6der and J\u00fcrgens are engi\u00adneers. Their box ensures that the meals served on each plate are exactly the same quality as when they left the kitchen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. DELIVERY<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A refrig\u00ader\u00adated truck delivers the prepared food at the desired time. The high packing density and opti\u00admized route plan\u00adning can reduce the route distance by up to 35\u2005percent.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

5. COOLING AGAIN<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The box is programmed in \u00adadvance and knows when the meal should be ready to serve.The box continues cooling the meals
until a \u00adcertain point in time.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

6. REGENERATION<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Prior to the set meal time, the box heats up to 130 degrees Celcius. A core \u00adtemper\u00ada\u00adture probe checks when the food has reached 72 degrees Celcius in the center. The box then auto\u00admat\u00adi\u00adcally switches to a mode that keeps the meals warm, ensuring the food is not over\u00adheated and the vita\u00admins are retained. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
