The GRI Stan\u00addards devel\u00adoped by the company provide a glob\u00adally recog\u00adnized guide for reporting on sustain\u00adability issues. The flex\u00adible, modular, and user-friendly system, which is subject to contin\u00aduous vali\u00adda\u00adtion and updates, contains reporting prin\u00adci\u00adples, stan\u00addard disclo\u00adsures, and an imple\u00admen\u00adta\u00adtion guide for preparing sustain\u00adability reports for all orga\u00adni\u00adza\u00adtions, regard\u00adless of size, sector, or loca\u00adtion.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Divided into three cate\u00adgories \u2013 <strong>Universal Stan\u00addards<\/strong>, <strong>Sector Stan\u00addards<\/strong>, and <strong>Topic Stan\u00addards<\/strong> \u2013 the GRI Stan\u00addards contain 33 indi\u00advidual modules with around 120 indi\u00adca\u00adtors. These stan\u00addards provide users and stake\u00adholders with a compre\u00adhen\u00adsive picture of an organization\u2019s mate\u00adrial topics, their impacts, and how they are managed. The issues covered in the <strong>\u201cAgenda 2030\u201d<\/strong>, a global plan to promote sustain\u00adable peace and pros\u00adperity and protect our planet, include the UN\u2019s <strong>17 Sustain\u00adable Devel\u00adop\u00adment Goals <\/strong>(SDGs). Since the Agenda was adopted, the coun\u00adtries of the United Nations have been working to trans\u00adlate this shared vision into national devel\u00adop\u00adment plans that will improve life for everyone around the world.
