After all, heat pumps need reli\u00adable fans that convey air through the heat exchanger. Our AxiEco offers the perfect prop\u00ader\u00adties for this. As a result, they should func\u00adtion reli\u00adably even in bad weather condi\u00adtions, espe\u00adcially at low temper\u00ada\u00adtures. After all, moist air freezes on the fins of the heat exchanger. This results in pres\u00adsure loss and less air flows through it. In this case, the fan must compen\u00adsate for the loss and operate under higher back pres\u00adsure. The chal\u00adlenge is then contin\u00aduing to deliver a consis\u00adtently high air flow. Compared to other axial fans, the AxiEco can easily achieve this thanks to its design. It is also less suscep\u00adtible to ice forma\u00adtion with its inlet ring and lack of air gap. In addi\u00adtion, the AxiEco oper\u00adates very quietly even at a high back pres\u00adsure. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is ideal for use in heat pumps. After all, the systems also run in front of resi\u00adden\u00adtial build\u00adings. This makes the AxiEco Plug-in a real light\u00adweight in the product range and makes the axial fan easier to install as a plug-and-play solu\u00adtion with a number of screw-on points and the option of fitting heating tape. We have also placed the Flow\u00adGrid on the intake side. This prevents turbu\u00adlence before the air flows through the fan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why is this impor\u00adtant?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We have devel\u00adoped the AxiEco Plug-in specially for heat pumps with little space. So there may still be compo\u00adnents upstream of the fan that swirl the intake air and make the fan notice\u00adably more inef\u00adfi\u00adcient and louder. The Flow\u00adGrid prevents this by recti\u00adfying the incoming air. At the same time, the AxiEco Plug-in is very compact, as it has no mounting on the outlet side.
