  1. By partic\u00adi\u00adpating in the contest held by ebm-papst Mulfingen GmbH & Co. KG, the partic\u00adi\u00adpant expressly and bind\u00adingly acknowl\u00adedges the following terms and condi\u00adtions of partic\u00adi\u00adpa\u00adtion.<\/li>\n
  2. Only natural persons of adult age are eligible to partic\u00adi\u00adpate.<\/li>\n
  3. The contest begins on Friday, July 26, 2019 and ends on Friday, September 27, 2019.<\/li>\n
  4. Five (5) Amazon Echo Dot speakers will be given away.<\/li>\n
  5. Partic\u00adi\u00adpa\u00adtion takes place through the submis\u00adsion of a photo along with the infor\u00adma\u00adtion requested in the entry form on this page. Submis\u00adsions posted after conclu\u00adsion of the contest are excluded from partic\u00adi\u00adpa\u00adtion.<\/li>\n
  6. By taking part, the partic\u00adi\u00adpant grants to the orga\u00adnizer the non-exclu\u00adsive and royalty-free right to publish the photo\/text on the Internet at https:\/\/mag.ebmpapst.com and on the social networks used by the orga\u00adnizer (Face\u00adbook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Insta\u00adgram). By taking part, the partic\u00adi\u00adpant confirms that he holds all rights to the submitted photo.<\/li>\n
  7. The winners will be randomly selected after the contest ends. The winners will be noti\u00adfied by e-mail. The e-mail serves only to notify the winner and contains no further offers or promo\u00adtions. The winner must respond to this e-mail within 5 working days. If the winner does not respond within this period, a new winner will be selected from all partic\u00adi\u00adpants.<\/li>\n

To the extent that no reten\u00adtion or limi\u00adta\u00adtion periods to the contrary apply, the data provided by the partic\u00adi\u00adpant will be used for the dura\u00adtion of the contest and deleted after final comple\u00adtion of the contest.
