Auf einer Fl\u00e4che von circa 2.500 Quadrat\u00adme\u00adtern, in insge\u00adsamt 6 Pr\u00fcf\u00adfel\u00addern durch\u00adlaufen neue Produkte, Baugr\u00f6\u00dfen oder Bauteile die Test\u00adsta\u00adtionen. In dieser Reihe werfen wir einen genaueren Blick auf jedes dieser Pr\u00fcf\u00adfelder. Im Sechsten und letzten geht es um die selbst entwi\u00adckelten Beschleu\u00adnigten Lebens\u00addau\u00ader\u00adtests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Venti\u00adla\u00adtoren sollen viele Jahr\u00adzehnte zuver\u00adl\u00e4ssig arbeiten. Daher muss man ihre Lebens\u00addauer mit allen zuge\u00adh\u00f6\u00adrigen Belas\u00adtungen wie Hitze oder Bereg\u00adnung vorher vali\u00addieren. Um die neur\u00adal\u00adgi\u00adschen Stellen der Produkte m\u00f6glichst schnell heraus\u00adzu\u00adfinden, hat ebm-papst die Beschleu\u00adnigten Lebens\u00addau\u00ader\u00adtests H0, H1 und H2 einge\u00adrichtet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Herr Kemmer, wie bringen Sie die Venti\u00adla\u00adtoren im Erprobungs\u00adzentrum ans Limit?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"video-container\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"vimeo-iframe\" src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/835707343?dnt=1\" width=\"960\" height=\"540\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n\n\n\n\n<p>Sie simu\u00adlieren ein Produkt\u00adleben im Zeit\u00adraffer, indem mehrere Belas\u00adtungs\u00adarten mitein\u00adander kombi\u00adniert werden. Diese Tests werden in jeweils 40 Quadrat\u00admeter gro\u00dfen Kammern im Erprobungs\u00adzentrum durch\u00adge\u00adf\u00fchrt. Bei H1 und H2 handelt es sich \u00fcbri\u00adgens um von ebm-papst selbst einge\u00adf\u00fchrte Umwelt\u00adklassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Die beschleu\u00adnigten Lebens\u00addau\u00ader\u00adtests erkl\u00e4rt<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group mgznkr-elements mgznkr-accordion\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group accordion-item\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00fcfung H0<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group accordion-content\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Ein Venti\u00adlator wird im Feld beispiels\u00adweise bei 20 bis 40 Grad Celsius Umge\u00adbungs\u00adtem\u00adpe\u00adratur und mit 20 bis 70 Prozent seiner Leis\u00adtung betrieben. Das ist eine Lang\u00adzeit\u00adpr\u00fc\u00adfung, die die Best\u00e4n\u00addig\u00adkeit von Venti\u00adla\u00adtoren gegen\u00ad\u00fcber klima\u00adti\u00adschen Bedin\u00adgungen abpr\u00fcft.
