Auf einer Fl\u00e4che von circa 2.500 Quadrat\u00adme\u00adtern, in insge\u00adsamt 6 Pr\u00fcf\u00adfel\u00addern durch\u00adlaufen neue Produkte, Baugr\u00f6\u00dfen oder Bauteile die Test\u00adsta\u00adtionen. In dieser Reihe werfen wir einen genaueren Blick auf jedes dieser Pr\u00fcf\u00adfelder. Das kann beim Trans\u00adport mit dem Schiff oder Lkw passieren. In einem Container steigt beispiels\u00adweise durch Sonnen\u00adein\u00adstrah\u00adlung schnell die Tempe\u00adratur \u2013 das Pack\u00adst\u00fcck heizt sich auf, \u00fcber Nacht sinkt dann die Tempe\u00adratur. Hinzu kann zudem eine hohe Luft\u00adfeuch\u00adtig\u00adkeit in der Luft kommen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Solche Tempe\u00adra\u00adtur\u00adbe\u00adlas\u00adtungen wirken vor allem auf Mate\u00adri\u00adal\u00adkom\u00adbi\u00adna\u00adtionen aus Metall und Kunst\u00adstoff im Venti\u00adlator. Weil diese sich bei Hitze unter\u00adschied\u00adlich stark ausdehnen bzw. bei K\u00e4lte zusam\u00admen\u00adziehen, k\u00f6nnen die Verbin\u00addungen Schwach\u00adstellen bekommen oder sich sogar l\u00f6sen. Daher wird im Pr\u00fcf\u00adfeld Klima der gesamte Venti\u00adlator in Klima\u00adschr\u00e4nken gepr\u00fcft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Herr Kemmer, was ist die Aufgabe der Klima\u00adschr\u00e4nke?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"video-container\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"vimeo-iframe\" src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/835707007?dnt=1\" width=\"960\" height=\"540\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n\n\n\n\n<p>Im Pr\u00fcf\u00adfeld Klima gibt es zwei unter\u00adschied\u00adliche Klima\u00adschr\u00e4nke. (Foto | Lukas Zwiessele | ebm-papst)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Im Klima\u00adschock\u00adschrank wird am Pr\u00fcf\u00adling der schnelle Tempe\u00adra\u00adtur\u00adwechsel simu\u00adliert. Der Schrank besteht aus zwei Kammern, die durch ein Aufzug\u00adsystem gekop\u00adpelt sind. In der oberen Kammer ist der Pr\u00fcf\u00adling hoher Tempe\u00adratur, in der unteren Kammer K\u00e4lte ausge\u00adsetzt. Das Pr\u00fcfgut \u2013 wie die Venti\u00adla\u00adtoren f\u00fcr die Mitar\u00adbei\u00adtenden im Erprobungs\u00adzentrum hei\u00dfen \u2013 f\u00e4hrt von der oberen in die untere Kammer und bekommt so inner\u00adhalb weniger Sekunden einen Tempe\u00adra\u00adturhub von bis zu hundert Grad Celsius ab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In der Realit\u00e4t erlebt nat\u00fcr\u00adlich kaum ein Venti\u00adlator solch starke Schwan\u00adkungen. Die Klima\u00adschr\u00e4nke arbeiten mit so gro\u00dfen Belas\u00adtungen, um schnell neur\u00adal\u00adgi\u00adsche Stellen an den Mate\u00adria\u00adlien zu offen\u00adbaren.
