AxiTop awarded Institut Français du Design prize

Economy, ergonomics, aesthetics, ethics and emotion – the Institut Français du Design has used these criteria since 1953 to eval­uate prod­ucts from different sectors, awarding the most outstanding with the Janus Label. This year, the Institution’s awards included ebm-papst for its AxiTop diffusor.

The AxiTop won over the selec­tion committee with its energy savings and noise reduc­tion, as well as its recy­clable mate­rials. The committee also high­lighted ebm-papst’s devel­op­ment of the product with customers, instal­la­tion tech­ni­cians and neigh­bors equally in mind. The award places the fan manu­fac­turer squarely among renowned award recip­i­ents such as Air France, Dyson, Peugeot and Phillips.
